When you've helped build a business, you understand what every decision asks of the people behind it.
My path has taken me through retail, logistics, medical research, and healthcare. Different environments, with a familiar challenge: good people need workable systems and consistent follow-through to do their best work.
In 2000, I co-founded New Hope Unlimited. Over the next 18 years, I helped build an international oncology services organization, eventually serving as President and leading teams across the United States and Mexico.
I worked across the whole business, from the first patient inquiry to admissions, finance, marketing, technology, and team coordination. That experience shaped how I work today: understand the situation, connect the right people, and stay involved through implementation.

As Managing Director on contract, I lead business operations and financial performance while coordinating priorities across patient services, marketing, administration, clinical leadership, and external partners.

P&L oversight, cash flow monitoring, budgets, admissions performance, patient financing processes, and operational reporting. I turn performance findings into revised workflows and implementation plans.
